I tried a new group today.  Perfect mix of people.  Also, I completed my first real work out and made it to 4k! 

400 swim, 100 kick, 100 pull

2x50 back drill, 2x50 back swim

2x50 free drill, 2x50 free swim

6x150 with fins - 100 fr, 50 bk on 2:15

100 EZ

6x150 no fins - 100 free, 50 bk on 2:30

100 EZ

8x25 kick

4x150 pull - 100 free, 50 bk

200 ez
